Firstly, it unveils itself through its clear, golden yellow colour. The nose is very floral with hints of hawthorn, honeysuckle, and ripe peaches. On the palate, there is great minerality, freshness and a long finish.
Serve between 11 and 13°C and it will be a perfect match for dishes such as roasted chicken or veal blanquette.
