Filipa Pato 3B Rose Brut

Filipa Pato 3B Rosé Extra Brut is a vibrant traditional-method sparkling wine from Portugal’s Bairrada region, crafted by Filipa Pato using local grapes Baga and Bical. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees for around nine months, it’s made with minimal intervention and no dosage, highlighting purity and terroir expression.

Crisp and elegant, it bursts with wild strawberry, raspberry and rose-petal notes, underpinned by chalky minerality and a fine, persistent mousse. Dry, refreshing and beautifully balanced, this is a distinctive, authentic Portuguese alternative to Champagne.
