This 7 year old single grain - single cask yielded just 577 x 700ml bottles. It was bottled at 51.3% ABV which was the cask strength it was drawn out at.
Nose: Bright with notes of honey, golden raisin, white fruits and lightly floral.
Palate: Buttery mouthfeel, white melon, honey, golden raisin with hints of vanilla and puff pastry.
Finish: Sweet with black pepper and mild warm spice.
