The famed estate’s flagship white wine, named in honour of family patriarch Diego Planeta. It represents the pinnacle of Chardonnay production in Sicily, sourced from the ultra-premium Ulmo vineyard near Lake Arancio. Aged on it's fine lees in 60% new French oak for 11 months, this wine is crafted in the style of premium white Burgundy, but with a distinctly Sicilian soul.
Expect ripe peach, toasted almond, white flowers, and subtle spice. The palate is rich yet precise, offering layers of golden apple, lemon curd, vanilla, and a touch of flint. Balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish
