The Story
'Safari' is a blend of Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc with Muscat which spent 10 days on its skins to give it a lovely mild orange colour. After a few month on the full lees in large oak casks, the wine was blended and bottled without fining or filtration. It is super immediate, with texture and layered flavours whilst staying remarkably fresh. An absolute winner of an orange wine.
