Alain Jaume Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Vieux Terron': Dominated by grenache, this wine has an intense purple colour with a nose expressing loads of ripe red fruit aromas, such as sweet black cherry. The palate is a continuation of the aromatic complexity: spices and black fruit are balanced by soft tannins. The finish is long with aromatic hints of liquorice and pepper.

Domaine Raimbault-Pineau Pouilly Fume: Freshness, crisp fruit and firm acidity are all in place here, along with that delicious mineral streak that makes Pouilly-Fume really stand out
